If you're speaking of "patching" I would guess that you're planning to keep your own local patched packages in case of any bugfixes with more priority than normal upstream bugfix releases could provide. Does an "official" repository make sense for you then? And besides, you might *test* http://packages.icinga.org/SUSE/sles11-sp3/snapshot/x86_64/ with the following remarks - not officially supported yet - no garantuee for stable releases, only snapshots for now - packages may not be signed, or broken until there's an official announcement. your test feedback is ofc welcome, either here or directly with creating an issue at https://dev.icinga.org in the projects section. kind regards, Michael -- DI (FH) Michael Friedrich mail: michael.friedr...@gmail.com twitter: https://twitter.com/dnsmichi jabber: dnsmi...@jabber.ccc.de irc: irc.freenode.net/icinga dnsmichi icinga open source monitoring position: lead core developer url: https://www.icinga.org ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ October Webinars: Code for Performance Free Intel webinars can help you accelerate application performance.
