Hello --

I ran each of the following command syntax on the Icinga server:

./check_nrpe -H <ip address> -t 60 -c check_folder_size.sh 200000 300000
/CMS/rtp1/0/patient/

./check_nrpe -H <hostname> -t 60 -c check_folder_size.sh 200000 300000
/CMS/rtp1/0/patient/

Both resulted in the following message:

CHECK_NRPE: Socket timeout after 60 seconds.

Your thoughts?

I may have missed it along the line, but what, precisely,
does the error say. Is it reproducible from both "sides" of
the NRPE connection? (I.e. Can you perturb the error by calling
check_nrpe on the Icinga server and get the same error as you see
on the machine that's being monitored?)

    Cheers!
