Saturday:

A beautifully sunny but cold day on the East River saw 45 races completed in
a 4-8 knot NE breeze coming over the NY Maritime campus with a light cross
current. One full round robin was completed just before things got weird on
the river- a few competing breezes, a roughly 180 degree windshift, and a
full 3 knots of current. Racing was called just before 5:00 PM as attempts
to start the second round robin were less than a match for the East River
current. Going into tomorrow the top four are Boston College, Georgetown,
Hobart W/S, and St. Mary's.

One protest was filed and disallowed. Thanks to Ian Burman for helping hear
the protest.

Thanks to all the Maritime sailors for their hard work in getting a full
round robin in for the first time in the (team race) history of the Admiral
Moore regatta.

Saturday results are attached.
