Peter Wenner Rainbow Invite Hosted by the University of Hawaii Manoa at the HCC Marine Center/Sand Island Jan 19-20, 2013 Notice of Race: Rules: This regatta will be governed by the rules in the Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012 (except as altered by the Sailing instructions or ICSA Procedural Rules). Schedule: Saturday Jan. 19, 2013 9:00am Report and Registration 9:30am Sailors Meeting 10:30am 1st start of the day BBQ in honor of Peter Wenner following racing on Saturday (at the SailingCenter) Sunday Jan. 20, 2013 10:00am 1st start of the day 4:00pm No start after this time Format: Standard three minute starts will be used. Races will be run on a short course. We will make every attempt to sail a full round robin in each division. Entries: Please contact your ICSA intersectional rep. and contact the UH Coaching Staff. All sailors must have their college registration complete with the ICSA. Coed and womens teams are welcome. $25.00/entry fee per team. Boats and Sails: All boats and sails will be provided by the University of Hawaii. Housing: Competitors should make an effort to find their own housing. A limited amount housing will be available.
