Saya pribadi sih lebih suka ditanggapi/diatasi masalah yg dihadapi TIDAK dengan solusi "email pengaduan anda ke....or call ke call centre...." Dari pengalaman pribadi sih gak ada solusi sama sekali (paling tidak yg saya alami) Nah kalo rekan2 om Satrio ada disini juga khan enak tuh om...saya rasa smua operator sama koq...mereka masing2 ada masalah cuma yg beda cara tanggap nya. Contoh si kuning kalo di BB...mereka asik banget buat saya jika ada problem...belum tentu langsung fixed sih masalahnya cuma...mereka tanggap dan kita konsumen merasa ditanggapi. Khan cape juga nih kalo tiap kali ada masalah Tsel disini cuma om Satrio ajah yg nanggapin...yang lain mana...???
