Wah, Setelah baca2 di milis ini, barusan saya tau kalo bukan saya aja yg victim. Hehehe... Saya jg di complain sama customers dan suppliers, even dari luar negeri punya...dikontek selalu ga aktif padahal setiap hari bawa aja nomor ini. Complain ke galeri jg katanya mau ditindaklanjuti. Telpon ke customer service hotline jg dijanjikan yg sama. Eh bukan makin bagus, sampe akhir2 ini mau telpon ke customer service hotline pun jg call drops 3x. Wah, bener2 Ga tau apalagi bisa dilakukan karena nomor ini udah banyak yg ingat dan dari jaman satelindo. Moga2 ada internal INDOSAT yg bisa membantu dan berbenah. Buktinya banyak yg complain karena kita mau pake trus. Kalo yg udah pindah mah Ga pusing complain2 lg. Peace.
