Faktanya ada pengrajin perak Bali yang jual produk ke orang amrik (dimana designnya sudah ada turun temurun di desa kami). Oleh orang amrik itu, design itu dipatenkan di amerika.
Ketika si pengrajin menjual produknya ke orang lainnya di amerika....dia dimasalahkan paten....
