kalo bisa dibuktikan di pengadilan bahwa memang barangnya sudah ada sebelum paten itu didaftarkan, patennya bisa dibatalkan pak .. tapi ya itu, harus lewat pengadilan .. biasanya yang bikin orang males ya itu ..
