Wah kalo dilihat dari sisi yang si axis ga kuat buat bayar rim, berarti ini strategi marketing pelarian. Jadi bukan karena mau serius, tapi didasari karena takut bangkrut jadi dia lebih memilih android yang prospek ke depannya lebih bagus. Dengan kata lain apa yang direkomendasikan oleh orang-orang ini akan berpengaruh, kemudian yg di ajarin biasanya akan merekomendasikan hal yang sama. Efeknya bisa berantai. Sebetulnya tidak perlu untuk involved terlalu besar, mendengarkan permasalahan network yg dibahas di sini, bisa jadi masukan. Atau merespon komplain yg ada di milis, bisa membuat warga milis jadi lebih suka terhadap brand yg satu di banding yg lain. Singkatnya *if you do the extra mile, people will love you*.
