yes setuju sekali yang paragraf ke dua misalkan berpikir sebagai end user, user pasti akan sangat senang sekali jika produk yang mereka pakai itu mempunyai perwakilan di suatu media / wadah. jadi jika saran, pendapat, komen mereka didengar itu benar2 terpuaskan layanan aftersales suatu produk yang mereka pakai.
Banyak sekali aspek2 yang perlu dipertimbangkan dan nampaknya saya mengira terbentur aspek komersil sehingga belum ada representatif resmi disini, IMHO memang untuk jangka pendek tidakterlalu keliatan sisi komersil nya ,khususnya untuk provider namun untuk jangka mid saya rasa banyak sekali komen2, saran , kritik membangun yang sangat bagus disini karena beruhubungan langsung dengan end user hehe cheers... :shakehand 2011/10/8 abangkis <[email protected]> > Memang tidak, tapi pemikiran saya begini.
