Ga ada perkembangan lanjutnya. Setelah dihubungi pihak telkomsel, "yg katanya mau diproses", tapi setelah ditelpon 2x, yg terakhir dari grapari rawamangun (sdr. Aditya) "yg juga katanya menerima laporan dari pusat ttg kasus saya", sampai saat ini saya tdk pernah dihubungi untuk diberitahu hasilnya. Dan nomor simpati saya tetap saja jadi kartu halo. Dan skrg sudah aktif. Saya ga tau prosedur standar di telkomsel bagaimana. Apakah memang kalo sudah lewat masa tenggang (walaupun kurang dari 30 hari), kartu simpati-nya itu tdk bisa di-reaktivasi. Sampai saat ini pihak telkomsel tetap belum memberikan jawaban pastinya. Kalo memang tdk bisa, langsung saja ditulis di website telkomsel, jadi pengguna simpati spt saya yg sudah lewat masa aktifnya tdk perlu repot2 minta tolong di-reaktivasi. Tia. Regards, Irwan
