jika dari simpati trus hangus.. tidak bisa lagi di kembalikan menjadi simpati tapi hanya bisa jika di alihkan jadi HALO (hal ini berdasarkan pengalaman saya pribadi).
Semoga disini ada petinggi telkomsel, semoga ke depan hal diatas (simpati hangus di kembalikan jadi simpati) bisa menjadi nilai tambah operator kebanggaan Indonesia. Karena jujur akibat dari kebijakan mesti di alihkan jadi HALO, maka dengan sangat terpaksa saya beralih ke operator lain. Jadi kalau anda terpaksa harus mendapatkan no tsb lagi, maka bisa saja tapi dengan layanan HALO, bukan lagi sebagai prepaid simpati.
