Itu namanya Location Based Advertisement. Ga ada proses pendaftaran. Ini semacam iklan aja dan sifatnya tidak berbayar bagi penerima. Cara kerjanya krg lebih sistem akan memantau pelanggan aktif dalam radius yang sudah ditentukan, kalau dapet akan dipush/broadcast SMS nya.
