mengenai kasus yang sedang dihadapi.
Ceritanya saya buka kasus karena seller tidak kirim barang dan tidak
kasih tracking selama sebulan lalu setelah buka kasus seminggu
kemudian saya claim buat refund tapi ditolak dengan alesan seller
ngasih tracking. Dan setelah di cek traking itu untuk pembelian yang
lain dari seller itu juga dan memang sudah diterima tapi bukan untuk
barang yang pembayarannya sedang saya claim (beda transaksi).

Kira-kira surat apa yah yang mesti saya bikin karena kalau ke kantor
polisi saya ragu mereka ngerti masalah paypal atau kalau ke kantor pos
juga bagaimana menjelaskannya ke mereka ya supaya mereka mau
membuatkan surat yang diminta oleh paypal? suratnya dibuat bahasa
inggris apa bahasa indonesia karena kalau dibuat di kantor polisi atau
kantor pos pasti suratnya bahasa indonesia, atau kalau bikin surat
sendiri (fake) paypal bakalan ngerti tidak ya?
