kalo buat nambah pendapatan dgn cara bandwith dijual ke user sebagai layanan voip dedicated tanpa melalui mekanisme utk sebuah perusahaan jasa telekomunikasi, saya kira memang salah.
tapi kalau isp jual bandwith, masa mereka bertanggungjawab atas penggunaan bandwith itu buat apa saja. baca komentar di detik, sejauh ini bagus2 dan kritis. harusnya pemerintah menyesuaikan segala sesuatunya dengan perkembangan teknologi dan jaman... kreatif dikitlah jangan terkesan kebakaran jenggot. sama saja memprotes orang gak boleh kirim email, harus pake kantor pos jadul...
