kalau "rugi" di sini kan sebenernya "potensi rugi", belum tentu rugi beneran. misal: kalau nelpon pakai skype ke US bisa 1000/menit dan pakai SLI 13000/menit, bukan berarti kalau nggak ada skype saya bakal nelpon pakai SLI kan? bisa jadi saya urung terus kirim email aja. tapi nggak ada yang dirugikan 13rb kan?
jadi inget kalo nabrak ayam di kampung. ayamnya bisa jadi cuma 50rb harganya tapi tuntutan ganti rugi bisa 1 juta. kenapa? karena ayamnya kan punya potensi bertelur, dan dari telur-telur tersebut bisa jadi ayam-ayam kecil dan kelak juga beranak-pinak. kembali lagi, kompetisi kan memunculkan inovasi. survival for the fittest lah, jangan teriak-teriak nangis minta proteksi. thanks dave 2013/5/22
