Sayurnya dey yang dibanyakin..  J. O iya.. 1 lagi, banyakin minum air putih, terutama pagi hari katanya.   Tapi untuk amannya, mending konsultasi ke dokter gizi aja mbak... Doi juga dokter spesialis kulit, kalu aku siy cocok sama beliau. Tempat prakteknya ada di RS. Medistra, Apotik Persahabatan, sama di depan Gramed Matraman. Kalu yang aku tau jadwal prakteknya yang di Apotik Persahabatan:               PAGI   : 09.00 – 12.00          Senin s/d Sabtu kecuali Kamis             SORE : 17.00 – 19.30          Selasa, Rabu, Jumat   Tapi beliau juga bisa kok dihubungi ke rumah atau HP nya:             4712035 / 0815-9621149 (pagi) / 0816-1482053 (sore)   kalu mo dateng hari Sabtu, lebih baik dari pagi aja soale jam 9 itu udah rame, tapi meskipun jam prakteknya udah abis tapi kalu pasiennya masiy ada tetep dilayanin kok.   Enaknya lagi kalu sama beliau, kita bisa tanya apa aja terus jawaban beliau itu mudah dicerna & tanpa ada kesan menggurui.
