Steps to recreate:
--------------------
1. Login to IP using a personal infor card.
2. Once you are taken into the site check the "Logged in" user name.
Issue:

Display name of the logged in user is not the card name or user name, but
something which has the same format as "Site specific ID"
E.g.:
In this test I've usedthe personal infor card of "bob" where the card name,
first name, last name are all "bob". But the logged in user is given as
"ZUZ-DMND-D7H"
