Most problematic are software which send ISO 8859-1 untagged in 
various places. I get about 10% of my messages in that form (2-5/day 
out of about 20-50 which are in Swedish). Only visible if you run a 
mail client which doesn't use ISO 8859-1 as native charset of course.
