ahh.  MY turn to apologize.

I am not suggesting we enter into litigation.  Rather I am suggesting that 
a patent litigation attorney be used to advise on ways to design around the 
patent...

Anyhow, to repeat, I think it would be far better to pursue this as a 
private group.
