Idrisi-L : Zimbabwe DEM

Hello. I am recently working on the soil degradation at northern Harare, Zimbabwe. However, I have been having a difficulty finding good soil and elevation data for that site.   I have been trying ASTER DEM, but it may take a long time to process. Please let me know if anyone knows where I can receive these data.
