Dear all, I would like to let you know that Shauna Turner provided her resignation from the IETF Administration LLC Board as of 9 June 2026.
Roman Danyliw has been appointed as Treasurer and we will notify the Nominating Committee so they may begin work to fill the vacancy per RFC 8713 [1]. The Board will continue to fulfill its obligations and meet its responsibilities as the NomCom does its work. Where possible, we may defer decisions until the new Board member is selected and seated. On behalf of the Board, I want to thank Shauna for her service as Director and Treasurer — she brought strong financial and investment expertise and commitment to the IETF community throughout her tenure.
