The IESG has approved the following document: - 'A YANG Data Model for In Situ Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (IOAM) Integrity-Protected Options' (draft-ietf-ippm-ioam-integrity-yang-08.txt) as Proposed Standard
This document is the product of the IP Performance Measurement Working Group. The IESG contact persons are Mahesh Jethanandani and Mohamed Boucadair. A URL of this Internet-Draft is: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-ippm-ioam-integrity-yang/ Technical Summary In Situ Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (IOAM) is an example of an on-path hybrid measurement method to collect operational and telemetry information. The collected data may then be exported to systems that will use it to, e.g., monitor, measure, or (re)configure the network. Integrity Protection of In Situ Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (IOAM) Data Fields specification defines IOAM Options with integrity protection, also called Integrity-Protected Options. This document defines a YANG data model for the management of these Integrity-Protected Options. The document also defines an IANA-maintained YANG module for IOAM Integrity Protection Methods. Working Group Summary The document has been non-controversial throughout the process. The consensus represents strong concurrence of individuals with strong interest in IOAM. Document Quality A first YANGDOCTOR review has been performed on version -04, the oustanding points were addressed in 05. A second YANGDOCTOR review was performed for -06; no issue was flagged. Personnel The Document Shepherd for this document is Marcus Ihlar. The Responsible Area Director is Mohamed Boucadair. _______________________________________________ IETF-Announce mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected]
