To save time, no. This is not a good idea. As Richard said, only the organization adding the X- headers really knows what they mean, and if they care, they can make their own arrangements to add their own authentication features. If someone wants to apply their own heuristics to other people's X- headers, sure, go ahead. I do in a few cases. But that's not something you put in an RFC.
