the expectation is there will be some text about this in the Best
Practice document. At present feedback arrangements are highly
proprietary (and far from universal) ... the aim was to put enough
scaffolding into the spec to support existing DKIM1 based schemes. If
there was appetite for some standardisation then that scaffolding could
be refined.
