I'm fine either way, as long as the specification makes the choice explicit. If 
we do end up mandating a particular case, I have a mild preference for 
lowercase, mainly for consistency.

I think the fact that a message is a DSN can already be determined from the 
Content-Type and MIME structure, so I'm not convinced we need an explicit flag. 
The only argument I can see for adding a dedicated 'dsn' flag is a minor 
performance gain, avoiding the need to parse the Content-Type, which seems like 
a fairly marginal benefit.
