I'm fine either way, as long as the specification makes the choice explicit. If
we do end up mandating a particular case, I have a mild preference for
lowercase, mainly for consistency.
+1 for specifying lowercase for header field names in JSON recipes.
That's consistent with the use of lowercase in the "h" and "b" and "c"
and "c" JSON object members. (And consistent with the lowercase examples
in tag-value keys, even though they're actually case-insensitive, as
well as the mandated lowercase in values like "rsa-sha256".)
