The instructions at this web-site are the exact same ones I followed and had it not been for the stream of 'SPAM' mails passing around last week, I would never have found a way out of this mailing list. Its wrong to assume that people depend on others to do their dirty work.. like you, there are millions of responsible people! And like yours, my time is precious too!
