What? IETF 79 is hosted by Tsinghua University, CERNET and CNNIC. The website is still work in progress, but I would be very surprised if they won't iinclude additional hotel info etc, if they don't, well then we can certainly ask them too. Food (outside of the major international hotels) is VERY cheap in Beijing, as in less than $20 for a 5-course meal for 2 including beer. Beer in a grocery store is about 25 US cents per bottle.
