I read the post that I was replying to. Given that the poster was claiming Rod Beckstrom as the inspiration for the Tea Party, I did not consider the actual contents of the book very relevant since the fallacies in the original post are that the Tea Party is a decentralized movement and that its organization is somehow novel.
It is a matter of record that the major tea party events reported in the mainstream media were organized by Fox News and 'Freedom Works'.
