No, open sourced is open sourced. The strategy always was to have a free, open sourced product and a version included with OES that Novell Technical Services will fully support in any enterprise. As for the open source version, yes there is support, but not based on the SLA's that Novell offers through NTS. And the open source edition is also used as a launch platform for new features. The feedback is then later on incorporated into the OES version of the product.
