As for the open source version, yes there is support, but not based on the SLA's that Novell offers through NTS. And the open source edition is also used as a launch platform for new features. The feedback is then later on incorporated into the OES version of the product.
I am a little confused. Is the non open source version a different codebase? Is the the open source version plus more features?
