I've been involved in the Indie Games Track at the last two Gaelcons, and we didn't do anything like this. We had games to offer, but few or no scenarios as games are either like Primetime Adventures, where you brainstorm a setting and characters as part of the game, or like Poison'd, where the game comes with a built-in situation.
