Dear list,

Today I took the initiative to contact Compaq about possible guarantee
service for our server, which allegedly contains a faulty hard drive.

As it turns out, Alex Landsberg, our supporter and contact at Compaq
no longer works there, and in any case, the retailer owes us the
service. As I understand, our retailer is Ligad.

At Ligad's support department, I was asked for the Ligad number of our
server, which I didn't know. Does anyone know it? Would anyone of you
be a better choice for talking with Ligad than me? :)
