As you may remember, I set up an LXR on iglu.org.il for kernel 2.4.9.
Since then, we already have kernel 2.4.17 and Mulix who asked for it in
the first place, said he'd also like kernel 2.2.x.
I don't use the LXR much (maybe I used it a bit for the IP-Noise project),
so I don't have too much incenitive to maintain it. It's not a security
breach because LXR is not expliotable AFAIK and is pretty stable code.
Muli, would you care to maintain it instead of me? I can chown the lxr
tree on /cgi-bin to your user-id. If you don't have one, I can create an
account for you.
If anybody else uses LXR regularily and would like to maintain it
(remember the "eating your own dog food" concept), please post it to the
list. Right now, I'd rather the LXR not be in a purposely unmaintained
state.
