i have root, but if you want to do it, go right ahead.
however, it appears that chown'ing broke the lxr, since accessing
http://www.iglu.org.il/cgi-bin/lxr/http/ gives a 403, permission denied.
could you restore it to its previous state, and i'll take it from there?
