don't touch RHL x.0, and you can count the number of newbies AND
veterans pulling out hair because of 8.0 on linux-il and other LUG lists
around the world.

now why exactly are we obliged to keep using RHL? is there a contact
person in Ligad to ask? so they still remember they gave us a computer?
will they notice if we change the system? should we tell them at all?

for many technical reasons, I find Debian the better platform to create
a stable, secure, nearly-zero-maintainence system we need it to be.

Yada Yada, we know all that. now is there anyone we know who can hack a
script to suck articles from Zope and push it into the scheme of PHPBB?

otherwise we can keep the zope as-is, blocking the posting option, at
port 8080, linked from the new main page.

that's why I said PHPBB. you have all seen NuKof in action, and it's
quite OK for what it does, but if our focus are the forums and not the
portal, take a look at a "weblog" front end done with PHPBB2:

and here's an attempt to translate it to Hebrew done by a friend in 1
hour (and ditched for other interests)

going to cancel the iglu list...
