There isn't at the moment. A job would be automatically disabled from view
after 6 months or so, or the author can send a mail telling to remove it.
This is a known issue and I'll work on it after I finish working on this
version. (or to quote RMS: "It would come out faster if you contribute").

Seriously. I'd rather not introduce localized ads at the moment. The ads
in Hebrew will be disabled, and the preview and a note I'll add should
prevent future ones from appearing.

If someone wishes to set up a Hebrew/Russian/Arabic jobs tracker, he can
grab the code from:

http://stalker.iguide.co.il:8080/svn/lm-solve/mini-reporter/trunk/

And adapt it to his needs.
