First of all, doing Hebrew HTML logic requires the implementation to be
smarter. You have to get the paragraph direction right, the RTL/LTR stuff
right, etc. If you can give a patch that will do it properly, I make
incorporate it.
Secondly, some people looking for a job don't speak Hebrew very well. Like
I said, I don't mind someone creating a Hebrew Job Tracker, and he may
even borrow my code.
Thirdly, Hebrew job ads tend to have a lot of Latin characters anyway, and
sometimes English jargon. I think Hebrish would be much worse than
English.
Fourthly, I think the prospects of a candidate who does not know English
well enough to read a Job ad to be accepted into a Linux-related position
is "slim to none".
And last, www.iglu.org.il is distinguished among other Israeli
Linux-related sites in being an English only site, intended for
international crowd. I don't see much place for Hebrew content there, even
if it's user-submitted.
Like I said I don't mind someone else setting up a Hebrew Job Tracker on
a different site. I'll gladly adapt my code for it (as long as will be
generic enough to serve the purposes of both trackers), and would even
link to it from the English tracker.

They may well allow that, in case they don't want to ruin the uniformity
of their site.
