I need the CGI::Application module. This in turn depends on HTML::Template and 
Test::More. Test::More depends on Test::Harness and Test::Simple... you get 
the idea. I need them for the Jobs database.

These are not available on the apt repository, but I recall a program:

http://www.perl.org.il/pipermail/perl/2003-December/003663.html

That enables to convert CPAN packages to .deb's.

Note that we need to see how we install things from CPAN, because Perl is 
unusable without CPAN packages.
