In order to protect the MediaWikis that are hosted on eskimo, I'd like to
download the Spam Blacklist from Wikipedia. Only problem is this:

Should I add all the IPs to the places from which outgoing connections can be
made? Is it actually desirable to allow people to download things from the
wikipedia?
I should note that the "no outgoing connection" firewall rule is more and more
getting on my nerves.
