Hi all!

Due to the fact I did an "apt-get dist-upgrade", and we have dotdeb.org in our
sources, qmail was upgraded, and as a result it had to be stopped. It asked
me whether to restart it, and I said yes, but it wasn't restarted. I noticed
it today, when I found out I did not receive any E-mail to my
[EMAIL PROTECTED] alias. After I restarted qmail manually using
"/etc/init.d/qmail start", everything became normal.

Otherwise I found this file:

eskimo:/var/mail# ls -l /var/mail/alias
-rw-rw---- 1 alias mail 2147483588 Jul 3 12:01 /var/mail/alias

It's a huge file, which seems to have a great deal of various messages, and I
wonder if we can simply delete it.

Regards,

        Shlomi Fish
