OK. Now we have a central MediaWiki installation
under /iglu/Hosts/common/MediaWiki/mediawiki with one LocalSettings.php file
that serves all the hosts. I also upgraded it to 1.4.7.
One tricky part about this installation was that I had to set up an Apache
"Alias" directive to serve the MediaWiki images from the host's private
directory. This is because MediaWiki apparently expects the web-server to
serve the images for it.

Tcl is LISP on drugs. Using strings instead of S-expressions for closures
is Evil with one of those gigantic E's you can find at the beginning of
paragraphs.
