That's up to Amir Plivatsky (CCed to this message) to do. He gave me some
reasons for the fact that Eskimo should have a poor downloading bandwidth to
abroad, which I didn't agree with. I recall trying to download something from
the Easynet SourceForge mirror and the speed was abyssimal (5 KBps or so).
Amir, can you give us decent or unlimited bandwidth to abroad?
