'mark.col' defines the colors of the shadows and 'col' the colors of
the vertices. E.g.:
karate <- graph.famous("Zachary")
wc <- walktrap.community(karate)
plot(wc, karate, mark.col=heat.colors(length(wc)),
col=rainbow(length(wc))[membership(wc)])
