Not what you are asking, but instead, have you considered using host
headers for a new site?

d2.xyz.com

I have 3 sites but that site run as virtual directory ,

ex:

URL1----------Goes TO------>  http://www.xyz.com/D1 URL2----------Goes
TO------>http://www.xyz.com/D2 URL3----------Goes
TO------>http://www.xyz.com/D3

D1 & D2 & D3 is virtual directory under the root .

the URL1 & URL2 & URL3 are all put in the same web site in IIS as
Hostheader ,what i want to to get isolated log files for each URL .

I will be thanks for any help,
