hi all,
when i fired up my debian to login ,i saw this
GDM could not write to your authorization file. This could mean that
you are out of disk space or that your home directory could not be
opened for writing. In any case, it is not possible to log in. Please
contact your system administrator...
as i again tried to login into linux,it says like 'the greeter
application appears to be crashing.attempting to  use different
one'..as i click ok...it shows sm other  frontend  to  login..again
after input of username and password, it says like "gdm could not
write to  authorization file..this could mean that  you are out of
disk space or that your home directory couldnt be opend for
wrinting .in any case it is not possible to log in .please contact
your system adminstrator
i am myself system administrator..
 i removed sm file using console...
there r still sm free space ..cheked it out by using 'df'command
running in console..
applying all the online help still ,nevertheless hving no solution.. i
m feeling screwed now..


any suggestion wud be appreciated.
