I am looking for a good plotting program in Ubuntu. Ofcourse there is gnulot
but that is command-line. I want a GUI interface. Basically I want to plot
two experimental curves which I have got from an instrument and therefore do
not follow any mathematical equation. What I am particularly intersted in
drawing multiple curves in a single line which is not possible in
openoffice. I have tried Rlplot but its not of much use. Something like
Sigmaplot in windows wud do very well for me.
There is another niggling probelem I would like to ask
regarding openoffice. While I am working in Calc it shows real values only
up to 2 places of decimal which is insufficient for scientific computing. I
know it actually calculates to abt 6 places of decimal but does not show the
same in the cells. Can anyone find a solution to this problem. Thats the
only place MS office seems to be scoring over at d moment.
