Hi bibhuti Last when I tried it there were issues with the gui doing the setting. See http://lug-iitd.org/Articles/Debian_Help and try to do a manual setting. Also run the command "dmesg|grep eth" and ensure your link is up. Link being up shows that your driver is fine and you are connected to a valid connection. Gajendra
