Instead of this you can also pull official IIT-Punjab work towards open
source , what I mean by saying this that from academic archiving server ,
Virtual Lib , ILS ,proxy , SSO other things are necessary for a college you
can try to convince the IIT-Punjab to implement them using open source rater
then by propriety software and this will be also  beneficial for other
student who get the experience.
